This convenient app allows you to access medical information, communicate with doctors, and actively manage your health using your smartphone or other mobile device. With MyKelsey, you can:

• Review important medical information such as test results and immunization history.
• Stay connected with your physicians.
• Schedule and manage your appointments easily.
• View and conveniently pay your bill.
• Access health information for your entire family.
• Keep track of your prescriptions and request refills.
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app.

To get started, if you don’t already have a MyChart account through Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, you’ll need to create one. You can visit mykelseyonline.com to start the process. Once you have an account, simply download the MyKelsey mobile app and log in. It’s that easy.
